Below you will find a description of how to configure our SIP lines in your FritzBox.
To do this, log in to your FritzBox's admin interface. This is usually accessible at the following IP address:
Select the menu item Telephony -> Own Numbers
Now click on the new phone number button:
Select Telephony provider -> Other providers:
You can enter any number in the fields for the registration number and the internal number in the Fritzbox. e.g. 33
Now enter your SIP username and SIP password in the login details. You can find these in your personal login area at https://login.tefonix.de.
For the registrar, enter sip4.tele33.de.
Example:
In the advanced settings, you also have the option to change the transport protocol. We currently support UDP and TCP.
If a connection cannot be established using UDP, please try TCP instead.
If you have multiple SIP connections, you should also configure the following under the menu item Call Handling -> Dialing Rule:
Create a new dialing rule. Here you can then select from predefined dialing rules.
We recommend that you manage your mobile and international calls through the newly created account. The Fritzbox will then independently decide which line to use when dialing.
If you hear a busy signal when dialing for the first time, this could be due to the connection settings.
Please check the Connection Settings tab to ensure that the international format is always selected.
Finally, in the menu item Telephony -> Call Handling -> Dialing Rules, you should add that calls to international numbers and mobile numbers, for example, should be routed through the TEFONIX account you just created. The Fritzbox will then automatically select the correct outgoing account for calls.
