Yes, geographic phone numbers can generally be ported to us. Different requirements apply depending on the country.
1. We require a signed and completed porting form from you. You can download this form from the following links:

If you want to cancel your entire contract with your old provider, please check the box next to "Cancellation of connections with end-customer contract partner." Please note that this usually affects the entire contract and may therefore also result in the cancellation of an internet connection. If you would like to transfer your internet connection and only port your phone numbers, please check the box next to "I/we hereby authorize the porting (transfer) of the specified phone numbers."
IMPORTANT: Please fill out the address exactly as it appears on your provider's bill. This also applies if, for example, you have just moved.
The details must match exactly, otherwise porting will be rejected.
In the "Area Code" field, enter your area code, e.g., 089, 0221. In the "Phone Numbers" field, you can list all the phone numbers you want to transfer. If you omit a phone number here, it will NOT be ported. Alternatively, you can also check the box next to "Port all connection numbers."
In this case, the transferring provider will inform you of your phone numbers and what needs to be transferred.
This is always a good idea, so nothing is forgotten.
